Regional Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

Since November of 2012, Tiare has held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Heritage Home Healthcare and Hospice. She is responsible for the overall administration, operations, sales and marketing for the company’s Skilled Home Healthcare, Personal Care, and Hospice Divisions throughout six locations across the state of New Mexico and Central Arizona.

As COO, she is committed to the success and growth of Heritage by way of focusing on exceptional quality care for patients/clients, providing vision and leadership in an ever-changing environment, and creating one of the best workplace cultures. She is passionate about leading efforts to develop and execute Operational, Sales & Marketing, and HR strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. In 2014, Tiare was awarded as one of New Mexico’s 40 Under Forty Recipients by Albuquerque Business First which recognizes outstanding leaders who are climbing the charts and having a positive impact on their industry and their community.

Prior to her role as COO, Tiare joined Heritage in 2010 as Director of Human Resources, where she led the efforts of developing a new People Strategy for the organization and drove the centralization and automation of the HR function. Before joining Heritage, she contributed 10 years to various leadership roles within Comcast. Tiare received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has over 15 years of business experience, including 10 years in telecommunications and 5 years in Healthcare.

Tiare’s passion outside of work includes spending quality time with her three sons, Daniel, Derek and Asher and husband, Isaac. She loves to travel and is an avid climber, skier and all around outdoor enthusiast. Tiare holds a passion for philanthropy where she has dedicated her time to serve on non-profit boards and involve herself over the years in NMAHHC, NAHC, AFRH, HRMA, SHRM, WICT, and The United Way. She is currently a member of Women in Philanthropy and the Young Leaders Society.
