Len Trainor
Len founded Heritage with his wife Liz in 1994. He is responsible for managing the Senior Leadership Team and implementing company-wide strategic goals. In his 17 years in this position, he has been committed to nurturing growth and supporting all employees. Len accomplishes this by communicating company values and ensuring an infrastructure that allows employees to succeed in their individual areas of responsibility.
Len has over 21 years of home healthcare and hospice experience. Prior to founding Heritage, Len was a Regional Director at Maxim Healthcare Services – a national home care staffing company. He also worked as a sales consultant in the healthcare IT and small business arenas. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting/Business Administration from Penn State University and is an active advocate for patients and providers on a national and state level.
Len serves and has served on numerous New Mexico community boards in the areas of community service, education and health service including:
- Member of the Board, Directors, National Association of Home Care & Hospice
- Member of the New Mexico Association of Home Care & Hospice
- Graduate Leadership New Mexico
- Chairman of the Board, Board of Trustees, Sandia Preparatory School
In his spare time, Len and his family enjoy the children’s sporting activities and traveling.
